Managed Print Services (MPS) Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: If a partner wishes to provide MPS Services do they need to become a partner with an MPS software solution provider?A: A partner can either choose to build their own MPS software solution for monitoring/managing remote Imprimantes and supplies as a service, or they can partner with many MPS solution providers in this industry who sell and distribute their solution through channel partners. Q: Will there be an MPS Specialization in our partner program? A: There is no Zebra MPS Specialization. Our partners need to qualify and become specialists though their participation with an MPS solution provider. However, there are Zebra channel incentives for partners that invest and engage in specific MPS sales opportunities. Please contact your Zebra sales representative for additional details on this program.Q: In the current MPS model, would the end customer own the Imprimantes or the partner?A: As part of an MPS solution offering, partners may provide several different types and levels of service and capabilities. This includes many different potential business models that could offer as part of an MPS solutions engagement.
